Alberta Party press release on Springbank Off-Stream Reservoir

You’ll recall our recent post about the UCP’s press release supporting the prompt completion of the Springbank Project should they form our next government.

We’ve recently received a press release from the Alberta Party confirming its very strong support for the project, and that can be found here.

City of Calgary’s yycmatters.ca survey

The city’s yycmatters.ca survey has also posted its results online. We’ve linked the flood mitigation-specific answers below.

Question: Constructing SR1 as soon as possible

Question: Committing to upstream flood mitigation and water storage on the Bow River

Feel free to share the results of these surveys!

We will provide a further update to our survey results closer to election day, as we receive more responses.

We are all impacted by flood risk and it is important that individuals know where their candidates stand before they vote.
