Since November, we have been collecting letters/emails detailing the flood experiences of Calgarians to be used as evidence in support of SR1 at the upcoming NRCB hearing.

To those who have written in, we can’t thank you enough for sharing your personal stories with us.

We are still accepting letters and we’ve also created a 2-minute survey to make responding even easier. If you have already submitted a letter, you do not need to do the survey.

In addition to a video ad, we’ve also curated photos and quotes from your submissions into a social media campaign intended to help convey the devastation and tragedy that so many of us experienced.

Each social post will include the survey link and we encourage you to share the posts with your network. Help us reach new eyes and get more responses.

Deadline for all submissions (letters/emails/surveys) is February 15th.

All content is available on our new @protectcalgary Instagram and in a Facebook album, plus we’ll be pushing out daily posts for the coming weeks that will show up in your timeline. Share freely and widely!
