Over the past 18 months, many flood impacted homeowners have been struggling with their claim under the Disaster Recovery Program (DRP) for funding to assist in recovery from the flood.  There has been much frustration with the administration of the DRP and many have expressed that their experience with the DRP has taken an immeasurable toll on their personal life.  In September, Premier Prentice announced that additional resources were being provided to the DRP in an attempt to quicken the pace at which DRP files were processed.  We would like to gather some understanding of how the DRP has been working in the past few months.  If you are willing to share your experience, please complete this survey by Monday December 22nd.
