The Ministry of Environment and Parks has provided us with a brief update regarding their ongoing River Hazard Studies. These studies are important to monitor, as the results of some of this work will inform future policy development, including, we expect, the “Floodway Development Regulation” (FDR).

In both studies, all deliverables have either already been completed or have moved into the late stages of the study process.
