Flood Permit Grant extended to December 31, 2015
The City of Calgary and Canadian Red Cross (CRC) are working together to help those still in need following the June 2013 flood. A flood grant permit program was created to help residential property owners that have reached their financial limits, pay for City permits to make repairs to their flood damaged property. Bow River Update
Short update on Bow River flood mitigation The Province is currently working on plans for public information sessions to address flood mitigation options being pursued for the Bow. The timing for the information sessions will be late February or early March, 2015. Discussions between TransAlta and the Province are ongoing.
