Over the past few weeks we’ve heard from many of you with your personal, tragic stories of loss due to the flood.

We know writing these letters is not easy, and we thank you.

We’ve received strong letters of support from Mayor Nenshi and pillars of our community including Calgary Stampede, Calgary Sports and Entertainment Corporation, community associations, and more.

For those of you who haven’t written – please do!

Your stories are key for us to demonstrate to the Natural Resources Conservation Board (NRCB) the critical nature of the Springbank Off-Stream Reservoir project.

Without them, it may well be our last opportunity for input… let’s hope not.

We will be using your letters to include in our intervenor evidence package at the NRCB hearing.

DISCLAIMER: As part of the hearing process, any documents submitted as evidence by intervenors will become public documents and may be posted on the NRCB website. Therefore, do not share any information that you do not want publicly available.
