Public information sessions scheduled to discuss Springbank Project environmental assessment 

Now that the Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA) has been accepted by the Canadian Environmental Assessment Agency (CEAA), the CEAA is inviting public comment on the environmental assessment of the project.

In addition to accepting written public comments, the CEAA is also hosting two information sessions later this month, where participants will be able to speak with representatives of both the CEAA and Alberta Transportation.

These sessions are valuable opportunities to advocate, both publically and on-the-record, for the Springbank Project; we must not let these opportunities pass us by.

Next steps: Once this public comment portion concludes on May 31, 2018, the CEAA will begin drafting the Environmental Assessment Report.
