I would like to invite you to participate in the Ward 9 Community Objectives Workshop (“COW”).

Every six months Team Ward 9 meets to put together, and reassess, the game plan on tackling issues that are important to you.

This is your chance to drive the good work done by your Team Ward 9.

I am looking forward to bringing residents, community associations, businesses, service providers, and community institutions together to discuss what issues are the most important, and how they should be prioritized by the Ward 9 Office.

Date:  Saturday, February 20, 2016

Time:  10:30 AM to 2:30 PM

Location:  Riverview Room, Talisman Centre – 2225 Macleod Trail SE, Calgary, Alberta

Lunch & entertainment will be provided

We want a robust, diverse and productive session. To ensure that, please forward this invitation to those in your community who have something to say. Please note that space is limited. We would very much appreciate an RSVP to ward09@calgary.ca or a call to 403-268-5330.

See you all there!

Yours truly,

Councillor Gian-Carlo Carra
