The Alberta Government issued a press release today (http://www.alberta.ca/release.cfm?xID=41445686872D3-D127-79C4-E29C91A86757928D ) announcing that the Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA) for the Springbank Off-stream Reservoir Project is underway.  This is good news for Calgary – it is a first and important step in implementing this project.  With the design and engineering occurring in parallel – the Springbank project drives forward, and hopefully Calgarians do not have many more flood seasons to endure unprotected on the Elbow.   Your CRCAG […]
